We are currently looking for…

Painters 

• Do you enjoy a daily routine and set schedule? 
• Are you a consistent person that focuses on details and quality? 
• Do you like a stable environment to perform your tasks? 
• Do you like to take pride in what you do? 

If so, as a Painter in our company, you will serve our Residential and Commercial Painting Divisions, as a high-quality painter with an exceptionally positive attitude and craftsman skills.

You will work in a crew on a daily basis serving Residential and Commercial Customers. We value integrity, honesty, and professional attitude. We are a family-run business and we appreciate our employees. 

Specifically, you will: 

– Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection 

– Prepare surfaces for painting and finishing 

– Apply undercoats and finish coats using the full range of application methods and materials 

– Use paints and finishes products to designed specifications 

– Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment 

– Apply paint to surfaces including walls, floors, doors, cabinets, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and other structures 

– Properly handle, maintain and secure material, tools, ladders, and equipment 

– Keep Crew Leader informed of all problems, potential and existing, that may affect productivity, goals, quality levels, safety, and completion dates 

– Reports damaged or non-operational tools and equipment that are in need of repair 

We are looking for painters with 3-5 years of painting experience to join our team.  A valid driver’s license is a plus.

Painting Crew Leader 

• Are you a driven person who loves hands-on work with high-quality results? 
• Are you a dependable person who can take responsibility? 
• Do you love to push projects to completion? 
• Are you good at leading a team to achieve a common objective? 

If so, as a Painting Crew Leader, you will lead a team of painters for our Residential and Commercial painting projects. We are an established painting company and have been in business for more than 15 years. We value integrity, honesty, and professional attitude. We are a family-run business and we appreciate our employees. 

Specifically, you will be: 

• Supervising painting personnel and processes to keep all projects and related functions running smoothly, and within budget without compromising safety and quality standards 
• Review and pick up materials, tools, and scope of work for each job before leaving the shop 
• Ensuring all members of the crew are in proper uniform and have the required tools  
• Communicate with the customers and project managers before, during, and after the project’s completion  

• Ensure all surfaces are covered with cloth or plastic for protection 
• Set up the crew and provide clear directions to maximize everyone’s ability 
• Paint along with the crew, while checking everyone’s progress and quality and proper use of tools and products 
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment 
• Ensure that the crew completes work within time forecast 

• Complete final walk through and sign off on all completed projects and report to project manager 

We are looking for an experienced painter with 4-5 years working as a professional in the field with a valid Driver’s License and a desire to work hard. Applicants will need good leadership skills, ability to prioritize and organize, motivate, train, meet deadlines, and listen.
